Deposits & Payments A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the deposit.
Cancellations Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date may be eligible for a refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit, at the discretion of North Bay Restroom Co. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event date. No refunds will be issued once the restroom trailer has been delivered, regardless of use, early pickup, or event cancellation.
Weather Policy Weather conditions do not constitute grounds for a refund. This includes rain, wind, extreme temperatures, or other adverse weather conditions. Decisions to proceed with delivery due to weather are made at the discretion of North Bay Restroom Co. based on safety and site accessibility.
Site Access & Client Responsibilities
No refunds will be issued if delivery or service is impacted due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to: Inaccessible, unsafe, or unsuitable delivery locations Lack of required power and/or water hookups Incorrect or incomplete delivery information Missing permits, approvals, or site authorization
Failure to Deliver
Refunds will be issued only if North Bay Restroom Co. is unable to deliver the restroom trailer as agreed due to circumstances within our control. In such cases, payments made will be refunded.
