Northbay Restroom Co.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all restroom trailer rentals provided by Northbay Restroom Co. By booking services, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Reservation & Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the event date.
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.
Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the deposit.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event, after delivery, or due to weather conditions. Refunds will only be issued if Northbay Restroom Co. fails to deliver as agreed due to circumstances within our control.
3. Delivery, Setup & Access
The client is responsible for ensuring:
Clear, safe, and accessible delivery routes
Adequate space for placement
Proper ground conditions suitable for trailer setup
Required power and water hookups, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
Northbay Restroom Co. is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver due to site conditions outside of our control.
4. Client Responsibility & Damage
The client assumes full responsibility for the restroom trailer during the rental period, including:
Damage
Vandalism
Theft
Excessive cleaning required beyond normal use
Repair, cleaning, or replacement costs may be billed to the client or deducted from payments on file.
5. Weather & Force Majeure
Weather conditions, including rain, wind, extreme temperatures, or other natural events, do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Northbay Restroom Co. reserves the right to delay or cancel delivery if site conditions are unsafe.
Event-Specific Terms
6. Weddings & Special Events
(Weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals)
Event start and end times must be communicated clearly prior to delivery.
Once delivered, no refunds will be issued for event cancellation, timeline changes, or non-use.
The client is responsible for securing the trailer during the event to prevent misuse or vandalism.
Early pickup or shortened event duration does not qualify for a refund.
7. Construction & Long-Term Rentals
(Construction sites, job sites, ongoing rentals)
Rental periods are based on agreed contract terms.
Early termination of a long-term rental does not qualify for a refund.
The client is responsible for maintaining access to the trailer for servicing.
The client assumes responsibility for damage caused by site personnel, equipment, or heavy machinery.
Units must not be relocated without written approval from Northbay Restroom Co.
8. Utilities & Servicing
Continuous access to power and water is required unless otherwise specified in writing.
Loss of utilities may result in service disruption without refund.
Routine servicing is included only as outlined in the rental agreement.
9. Liability, Indemnification & Hold Harmless
Northbay Restroom Co. shall not be liable for:
Injuries resulting from misuse of the restroom trailer
Damage caused by site conditions
Loss of personal property
Delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside our control
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Northbay Restroom Co., its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from the use, possession, or operation of the restroom trailer.
10.Website Use
This website and its content are provided for informational purposes only. Northbay Restroom Co. reserves the right to modify website content, pricing, and service offerings at any time without notice.
11. Electronic Communications & Consent
By submitting forms, booking services, or providing contact information through this website, the Client consents to receive communications from Northbay Restroom Co., including emails, phone calls, and text messages related to inquiries, bookings, scheduling, and services.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, images, branding, and design elements, is the property of Northbay Restroom Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Agreement to Terms
By booking services, submitting payment, or accepting delivery, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy in full.
