We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially during peak wedding and event season. Last-minute bookings are available depending on inventory.

Question 5: Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery.

Question 6:What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made after the deposit are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Question 7: What does the trailer need for setup?

Each unit typically requires:

Absolutely. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included in your rental. Our team ensures the trailer is fully operational and ready before your event begins.

Question 9: How much space is required for the trailer?

Depending on the model, most trailers require approximately 20–30 feet of space for parking and manoeuvring .

Question 10: How many guests can one restroom trailer accommodate?

Capacity varies by model. As a general guideline, one luxury trailer comfortably serves up to 150 guests for a standard 4–6 hour event. Larger events may require multiple units.

Question 11: Are the restrooms climate controlled?

Yes. Our luxury restroom trailers include air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort in all seasons.

Question 12: Do the restrooms need a water hookup?

Not necessarily. Our units come with onboard fresh water tanks. If continuous water access is available, we can connect directly for convenience.
